How Elysian Vibes handles information you share for artwork and calendar orders and course access, including data held with Neon, Razorpay, Clerk and Mux.
Information you share
When you enquire or buy an artwork or calendar, you may share your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. Enquiry and order information is stored in Neon so that Elysian Vibes can respond, keep an order record and arrange delivery.
Messages and payment
Enquiry notifications are sent using Resend. Artwork and calendar payments are handled through Razorpay. The website stores payment and order identifiers, status and amount needed to reconcile an order; card credentials are entered into Razorpay's checkout and are not stored by this website or its server. Please review Razorpay's own privacy information for its handling of payment data.
Razorpay privacyOnline classroom
When you use the website classroom, Clerk handles sign-in and email verification. We store your account identifier, course purchase records and lesson completion progress in Neon to manage access. Mux delivers protected course videos and processes playback and device information to provide and measure video delivery. Website course payments are handled by Razorpay.
Browser storage and analytics
The website uses Google Analytics, which may use cookies to understand website use. Your currency choice is saved in your browser. Your contact and delivery details and a secure order reference may be saved for the current browser session so that you can resume checkout. Avoid leaving an unfinished checkout open on a shared device. You can clear site storage in your browser settings; clearing it may remove a saved checkout draft.
Embedded content and external providers
Instagram videos load only after you choose to load it. Social links take you to external websites, including Instagram, which may process information under their own policies.
